Fault 6: Cooking uncooked rice

Causes and maintenance methods:

1. The ratio of rice to water is wrong, and the water is less. Adjust the proportion of meter and water and try again.

2. It is generally caused by the weakening of the permanent magnetic ring in the temperature limiter. At this time, you can disassemble the temperature limiter of the rice cooker and check whether the magnetic ring is broken and how the suction is. If the permanent magnetic ring is broken, the temperature limiter of the same model must be replaced; If the suction decreases, adjust the temperature adjusting screw on the temperature limiter by 1/4 turn each time, and try cooking once.

3. There are foreign matters at the connection between the bottom of the pot and the heating plate. Clean the dirt and foreign matters.

4. The pot liner is deformed, or after the pot liner is deformed, the heating plate is burned and deformed for strong heating, resulting in the pot liner cannot contact the heating plate. Reshape the pot liner, replace the pot liner or replace the heating plate.

5. Magnetic steel has poor suction or elasticity. Replace the magnetic steel.

6. The temperature control is broken. Change the temperature control (1600w-2000w change 10A temperature control 2800w-3950w change 15a-20a temperature control).

Warm tips: if the electric cooker trips in advance, it means that there must be some reason or failure. Be sure to find out the reason first. Don't press and hold the button blindly to force heating, which will burn out the heating plate or cause other dangers.

Fault 7: long cooking time

Causes and maintenance methods:

Use a multimeter to measure whether a group of heating tubes has been burned out in the heating plate. If there is a problem with the heating plate, replace it with a new one.

Fault 8: unable to automatically heat preservation

Causes and maintenance methods:

1. If the main temperature controller is abnormal, replace the main temperature controller;

2. The surface of the normally closed contact of the insulation switch is dirty or ablated, which makes the contact resistance of the contact too large, resulting in the contact being closed and the circuit blocked, the heating pipe not heating, and the rice cooker cannot be insulated. At this time, the contact surface can be cleaned with fine sandpaper and plated with a layer of tin. If it is still not insulated, replace the insulation switch.

Fault 9: electric leakage

Causes and maintenance methods:

1. Wrong connection. Check and rewire according to the wiring diagram of other new pots;

2. The heating pipe in the heating panel leaks electricity. Replace the heating plate;

3. Water or moisture. Use clean paper towels to remove moisture, put them in a cool place to dry, or use a hair dryer to dry with cold air.
