Different Principles for Different Kinds of Water Dispensers
July 27,2022
A water dispenser is a device that heats or cools bottled pure water (or mineral water) and makes it convenient for people to drink. There are many types of water dispensers, such as nozzle water dispensers, push water dispensers, etc. Different from the water heater, the water dispenser provides two different water temperatures for drinking. The machine itself should have the functions of cooling and cooling, or heating and keep warm.
There are three types of common water dispensers, warm water dispensers, semiconductor direct cooling hot and cold water dispensers, and compression refrigeration water dispensers. Different types of water dispensers have slightly different working principles. In this blog, we will introduce them one by one.
How does compressed water dispenser work?
- Press the cooling switch, the power is turned on, the cooling green indicator light is on, and the compressor starts to run.
- The operation of the compressor can suck back the refrigerant vapor that has absorbed heat and gasified in the evaporator, and compress it into high temperature and high pressure gas together, and send it to the condenser.
- The refrigerant vapor is dissipated to the outside through the condenser and condensed into a high-pressure liquid. This condensed liquid flows into the evaporator through capillary throttling and depressurization, absorbing the heat of the cold gallbladder. The absorbed heat is the normal temperature hydroelectric heat, so that the water temperature gradually drops. The refrigerant liquid is then sucked back by the compressor.
- The above is a complete cooling process, but generally this process is continuously circulated to achieve the purpose of cooling.
- When the water temperature drops to the set temperature with time, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat is disconnected, the green indicator light for refrigeration goes out, the compressor stops, and it enters the heat preservation condition.
- After the power is cut off, the water temperature gradually rises. When it rises to the set temperature, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat is closed, the green indicator light is on when the power is turned on, and the compressor is running. In this cycle, the water temperature is controlled between 4-12 °C.
How does the water heater work?
- Press the heating switch, turn on the power, the heating circuit is turned on, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up.
- When the water temperature rises to the set temperature, the automatic reset thermostat will automatically cut off the power supply, the red heating indicator light will go out, and it will enter the heat preservation working condition.
- After the power is cut off, the water temperature gradually drops. When it drops to the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat closes, the power is turned on, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up again.
- According to the above heating method, the water temperature can be controlled between 85-95℃.
Water dispenser working temperature safety device
There is generally a temperature insurance control device in the shrink-type refrigeration water dispenser, which can play a protective role according to the temperature change. When the circuit is overheated, the protection device will automatically fuse or disconnect the circuit when overloaded, which plays a role in safety protection.
