Principle of hot and cold water dispenser

 

  • The direct-cooling hot and cold water dispenser provides room temperature water from the water tank, and enters the water in two ways: one way enters the cold gallbladder container, and the cold water is refrigerated; the other way enters the hot tank, and the hot water is heated.

 

  • After pressing the refrigeration switch, the AC voltage is stepped down by the power transformer, the rectifier diode is used for full-wave rectification, and the capacitor is filtered, and the DC voltage is output for the refrigeration of the semiconductor refrigeration component and the exhaust of the fan. At the same time, the refrigeration indicator light is on. Since the direct-cooled hot and cold water dispenser does not have automatic temperature control, the cooling indicator light is always on after it is turned on.

 

  • Press the heating switch, the heating indicator lights up, the electric heating tube heats, the water temperature in the hot tank rises and reaches the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is disconnected, the heating power supply is automatically cut off, the heating indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops heating. When the water temperature drops to the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is closed, the heating power is automatically turned on, the heating indicator light is on, and the electric heating tube heats up. Then repeat the above process to keep the water temperature constant between 85-95°

 

Principle of warm water dispenser

 

  • Press the heating switch, the power supply will provide power for the "Keep Warm" indicator light, which is a power-on indication. One way constitutes a heating loop, so that the electric heating tube is energized to heat up; the other way is to provide voltage for the "heating" indicator light for heating indication.

 

  • When the water in the hot tank is heated to the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is disconnected, the heating is cut off, the heating indicates the circuit power supply, the "heating" indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops heating.

 

  • When the water temperature drops to the set temperature, the contact of the thermostat is connected to the power circuit, and the electric heating tube reheats, so that the water temperature is kept between 85-95 °C over and over again.

 

The warm water dispenser circuit adopts double protection elements. When the water dispenser is over-temperature or short-circuit fault occurs, the over-temperature fuse will automatically melt or the thermostat will be manually reset to automatically disconnect the power supply of the heating circuit to play a protective role. The over-temperature fuse is a one-time thermal protection element and cannot be reset. After troubleshooting, replace the new over-temperature fuse according to the original model and specifications, and then manually press the reset button of the manual reset thermostat, and the contact can be closed to restart.
