Box

The box body of the electric grill is composed of a shell, an inner cavity, and a furnace door. Heater

The heater of the electric grill is generally divided into two parts. One part is installed on the upper part of the inner cavity, which is called the upper heater; The other part is installed at the lower part of the inner cavity, which is called the lower heater. The heater is composed of tubular electric heating elements or milky quartz glass heating tubes.

The shell of the tubular electric heating element is generally made of stainless steel, and a spiral electric heating wire is installed in the tube. The tube shell and heating wire are filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity but non-conductive. There is a far-infrared coating on the surface of the tube shell, which can improve the baking efficiency of the electric grill by 20-30%.

The heater usually has two quartz glass tubes. Its two ends are supported by ceramic tube seats, one end of the two tubes is connected, and the other end is made into power terminals respectively. The quartz glass heating tube has the advantages of small heat capacity, fast temperature rise, and high thermal efficiency.

Electrical control device

Electrical control devices include change-over switches, thermostats, and automatic timers. The change-over switch is used to control the current on and off of the heater. Generally, the change-over switch has four gears.

The thermostat is usually made of a bimetallic sheet. When the electric grill is used, the heat is transferred to the bimetallic sheet through the aluminum plate bracket installed in the inner cavity of the electric grill, and the bimetallic sheet is deformed and bent after being heated. When the temperature in the grill reaches a predetermined value, the bending of the bimetallic sheet just separates the moving contact from the fixed contact and cuts off the power supply. When the temperature in the grill drops, the bimetallic sheet also gradually stretches back, stretches back to the predetermined position, and turns on the power. The electric grill works again, and the temperature rises. The preset temperature value of the thermostat is usually marked on the digital label around the knob, which is usually divided into five or seven gears, 100C and 250C.

The timer adopts a clock mechanism, and the main component is a concave wheel. When in use, turn the timer knob clockwise to tighten the timing spring, the outer ring of the concave wheel presses against the switch lever, the contact is closed and energized, and the timer and the heater started working at the same time. By the function of the dry spring, the concave wheel is forced to rotate counterclockwise. When the timer is scheduled to end, the knob is turned to the "off" position, and the lever fulcrum falls into the concave Kang of the concave wheel. The contact is separated, the power is turned off, and the electric grill stops working.
